Christopher L. McCoy started C.L. McCoy Framing Co. in 1988 as a very small sub-contracting company that employed (2) family members. In this same year we were able to obtain our Minority  Business Enterprise license from the State of Maryland and the City of Baltimore. In 1989 the Company was incorporated as an S Corporation. Through many years our Company has persevered as one of the leading sub-contractors/Contracting & Developers in Baltimore.
