Despite its multiple phases and resulting complexities, C.L. McCoy has been able to stay on budget and ahead of schedule on this project.

 

 

C.L. McCoy served as a major framing sub-contractor on the Orchard Ridge Town Homes project. The multi-phased approach meant that at specific points, framing resources were dedicated to all phases at the same time. C.L. McCoy responsibilities included oversight for pre-construction of all pre-engineered wood components, supply and installation of all rough framing materials and equipment to erect framing, and supervision of rough carpentry trades. To date, the project still remains within the original $4.1 million contract amount, in spite of resource challenges.
